I'm really frustrated with the loan process. I requested 223/200, but only got 180, and now they're expecting me to pay back 324?! That's crazy! When I complained, the agent just forwarded it to their superior and I got a "they're working on it" response. Cme on! How long is this gonna take? The interest rate is so high, it's like they're taking advantage of people. Fix this, please!

No matter how desperate you are to get a loan never use this app for your own sanity…. A lady will call you a day before the due date and speak to you rudely and if you refuse to indulge her she’ll go ahead to send you texts insulting you and calling you names

Please I suggest the days for loan repayment should be extended to a month or 15days as it’s not all who access the loan get daily allowance or payment as some of us are monthly salary workers so your terms should be revised please a humble plea and the interest rate charges of half the amount required is way way too much but on the whole the facility is good but these two observations is the problem as most people I recommend the app too express these concerns plus the agents issuing threats to customers if there’s a delay in payment which’s not a good customer service,thank you
