Love the app, but lacks customer service
The app is great…..when I can actually get IN it. When I call for support, the automated system is not helpful for what I need and THEN it hangs up on you. 😡😡😡

Tried doing some of the guided workouts, and the workouts hang or fail to show the video. I also did an online Zoom workout and cannot find anywhere to go back to watch the recorded workout, which was actually very good.
Like the variety of exercises, which I use. You should simplify to less taps to close a routine and Log Out. Takes 9 taps! Not Senior friendly!
No search button so good luck finding a specific workout. No landsca view. Mostly a promo for health clubs and insurance companies.
The app keeps logging out and then takes forever to log in. Why is it necessary to log people out in the firts place?
Like the variety. Classes are designed well. Not liking the change of routine classes on Sunday, as I already didn’t like the schedule on Saturdays
I appreciate your knowledgeable instructors in live zoom classes. The instructors interact via chat room and availability to ask questions. Silver Sneakers has recipe classes, motivation classes, Pilates, active stretch, and a variety of every changing classes.I am west coast time and I am so appreciating your afternoon classes. Thanks for being my fitness partner. I am so glad my advantage program offers Silver Sneakers. I check in a couple times a day. Thanks.
It is very easy to use. Easy to schedule things!
Not accurate, as it rounds speed of activities such as biking, walking, and running to the nearest mile per hour. It cannot register for example 15.5 miles per hour, so it becomes 16. Program activities are designed mainly for couch potatoes and site includes advice like a fitness watch might not be right for you because it expects 10,000 steps. First, this shows an ignorance of today’s devices ability to adjust to the wearer’s level of fitness. Second, it is patronizing, and third, it does not recognize the number of highly fit seniors who still bike, run, hike, and swim long distances.
I have enjoyed my walk workouts. I need that little push to see me work harder and longer. I noticed a big difference in the intensity of the same class with different instructors. So it’s good to switch up as needed for each day. I find I can’t schedule ahead as my days can change depending on the needs of others. The flexibility is there to schedule as time permits. Loving the live workouts!
