The new online ordering system is brutal. Have to keep entering the same details each time you order, very inconvenient and frustrating and you no longer get a subsidised order after 10 orders. I was on 6 or 7 when the change was made. Ridiculous, while the food is lovely it’s just easier to order elsewhere
