DIESE SOFTWARE IST NOCH NICHT FREIGEGEBEN. SYNC2Go ist eine Lösung bestehend aus einer mobilen Applikation, aus Cloud-Diensten und der Schließanlagen-Management-Software AXM Plus. Der Administrator der Schließanlage weist dem Besitzer des FORTLOX Key (mechatronischer, Bluetooth-fähiger Schlüssel) Zutrittsberechtigungen zu und definiert ein Zeitbudget, für wie lange der Schlüssel jeweils gültig ist. Mithilfe der App aktualisiert der Schlüsselträger seinen FORTLOX Key, d.h. er erhält aktualisierte Berechtigungen und das Zeitbudget wird verlängert. Außerdem werden die folgenden Daten übermittelt: - Der Batteriezustand des Schlüssels wird abgerufen, in der App angezeigt und an die Verwaltungssoftware gesendet. - IDs von gesperrten Transpondern und Schlüsseln werden an den FORTLOX Key übermittelt, sodass dieser sie an die Schließzylinder überträgt und sie dort blockiert werden. - Die Begehungsliste des FORTLOX Key wird über die App und die Cloud-Dienste an die Schließanlagensoftware übermittelt. Wichtige Hinweise / Systemvoraussetzungen: - Die SYNC2Go App ist Teil einer Lösung, bestehend aus mehreren Teilen (Verwaltungssoftware AXM Plus, Cloud-Dienst, Hardware, Firmware). Bitte beachten Sie, dass derzeit noch nicht alle Bestandteile freigegeben sind und somit die Gesamtlösung noch nicht erworben und eingesetzt werden kann. - Benötigte Hardware: kompatibler FORTLOX Key und weitere SimonsVoss-Komponenten (FORTLOX Zylinder, ggf. SmartRelais 3 als Gateway). - Die App selbst ist kostenlos. Die Lizenzierung erfolgt über die Verwaltungssoftware. - Für den Empfang und das Aktualisieren von Zutrittsrechten ist eine stabile Internetverbindung (WLAN, 4G/5G) erforderlich. Für das Übertragen der Daten von Smartphone auf den FORTLOX Key ist lediglich Bluetooth Low Energy nötig, jedoch keine Internetverbindung. Datenschutz & Sicherheit • Die App übermittelt nur notwendige Daten (Zutrittsrechte, Batteriestatus, Sperrlisten-IDs, Begehungslisten, wenn explizit eingeschaltet) zwischen Schlüssel, Smartphone, Cloud und Verwaltungssoftware. • Datensicherheit wird durch End-to-end-Verschlüsselung gewährleistet. • Die App sendet keine personenbezogenen Daten ohne ausdrückliche Verwaltungsfreigabe.
