Bad User Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the Simossa app by Jazz. I loaded 2100 rupees and subscribed to a monthly data and calls package through the app, but later discovered the package had been updated this month and was never activated. As a result, my entire balance was consumed within a day without receiving the package benefits. When I contacted the helpline, I was told no package was subscribed, and no refund could be issued. This is a serious lack of app accuracy and customer support is unacceptable. Jazz must ensure transparency in its app and provide refunds in genuine cases like this.
Can't claim free MBs
Previous app version could claim free MBs. Now it just doesn't work.
Pathetic app
Pathetic service with the app. They dont even care to mention that there packages have time limits and if someone has subscribed to them unknowingly they wont help you at all. The complaint area in the app is rubbish. Totally foolish app and service.
Persistent Technical Issues with Daily Rewards Feature
The daily reward feature is highly unreliable. Every time I try to claim the reward, it shows a “technical issue” error. This has been going on for over a month now without any resolution. It’s frustrating to see such persistent problems in an app that should prioritize user experience. Please fix this issue soon!

Poor application
App isn’t working since last few weeks. No display regarding current data package and remaining balance. No update from concerned app builder.
Make your own bundles doesn’t work
Whenever i tried to get my own bundles it give me error that you are currently not eligible
Package prices not updated in app
Package prices are updated but when subscribed through app, they are not applied and upon contact support for hours i got to know that app shows old prices which is why the package is not applied. Such a useless app.
ISSUE WITH DOWNLOADING THE APP.
I wanted to download this app but it isn’t working.i’ve been trying to install it since 3 days and now there’re no option to download it.if anyone knows why’s this happening please let me know.
