It has been a game changer introducing me how to fast properly, but after a while (3months or so) starts to loose its charm and becomes just a fancy meal alarm. Could be made much better but the recommendations after logging meals are inconsistent, repetitive and sometimes contradictory. Also is too centralized in US society so many of the suggestions are no applicable to a EU reality.

I had fasted previously, without any additional support, fasting 14hour I had seen some results and surprised myself by how easy it was to fast compared to my expectations, though I had started to forget sometimes and indulging my cravings too often.  I added Simple to my toolbox and I now feel much better focused and confident with my daily choices. I’m much more motivated to fast and dedicated knowing there’s accountability here. It doesn’t feel invasive or pushy, but I always know it’s there. Sort of like a supportive friend that’s constantly giving you their undivided attention whenever you need it 😁
