Simple CBT was built with a clear design to help you worry less and live more. By using a simple 6-step process, you will quickly be on your way to being more mindful. This will help you to become mentally prepared to overcome daily anxiety, depression, and stress. To assist you to stay motivated and build a healthy habit, you will earn badges for hitting milestones. These badges also help to promote gratitude which can improve happiness. The more entries you add, the more insights you can gain from seeing which cognitive distortions you are commonly falling into. To make the process easier when you are pressed for time or too caught up in the moment, there is a draft feature which allows you to start creating an entry and save it at anytime to be completed later. In the event that you are working with a therapist, and they would like to have a copy of your entries, you can export each entry as a PDF to share. If you were worried about your data’s privacy, worry no more as all your journal thought entries and app data are stored locally on your device so there is no cloud storage to worry about.

great app! i just wish there was an option to create an account and attach ur entries to it. or to bookmark or star entries that may be helpful to revisit later. I’m not sure if these things are an option but i looked around all the features and couldn’t find the optionㅜㅜ dev pls consider adding

This was exactly what I was looking for after I read David Burns’ “10 Days to Self-Esteem” and desired an app that updated popular CBT techniques like the Daily Mood Log into a mobile, user-friendly form. I enjoy how streamlined and minimalist it is too.

This app has been extremely useful in helping me write out my thoughts and also showing me what in my thought process is distorted and how to effectively break that cycle of distortion. This is such an amazing tool to provide to people and the fact its completely free and not half locked behind a paywall is really amazing.

This app is super clear and relevant to CBT thought records. I think it would be helpful for their to be a reminder feature, especially for using this regularly!

Great app, just missing one thing

This app is great! It has all the necessary functionality for a thought diary while still being simple and clear. The only request for the developer I have is to please include a feature to export multiple entries at once! This could be based on multi-select or, ideally, time frame.
