Simple Fasting App gives you a calm, focused place to plan a fast, follow your progress, and understand your routine. No ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or account required. CHOOSE YOUR RHYTHM Choose 12:12, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or a 24-hour fast—or set a custom duration. Adjust your start time when your day changes, and finish a fast early whenever you need to. FOLLOW EVERY FAST See elapsed and remaining time, start and end times, your current plan, and completion status in one clear live view. An optional reminder can let you know when your planned fasting window ends. EXPLORE FASTING INSIGHTS Choose whether to see time-based fasting stage estimates as your fast progresses. Each stage includes clear context so you can understand what the estimate means—and what it does not. UNDERSTAND YOUR ROUTINE Review completed sessions, total fasts, average duration, your longest fast, weekly averages, and monthly patterns. Open any day to see its timeline and session details. KEEP PROGRESS IN VIEW Follow an active fast beyond the app with Home Screen widgets, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island on supported iPhone models. MAKE IT YOURS Choose light, dark, or system appearance and select an accent color that suits you. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up. No account. No ads. No subscriptions. No in-app purchases. Your fasting history stays on your device, and Simple Fasting App does not collect or sell your data. Fasting stages are general estimates based on elapsed time. They do not measure your individual metabolic response and are not medical advice. Fast with clarity, at your own pace. ## Simple Fasting App Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/8c/be/82/8cbe82b5-9785-9913-d00b-f8920493756b/00-simple-fasting-cover.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/90/8d/e2/908de2ad-2bf9-595b-cafa-031901eb4f1e/01-01-ready-to-start.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/80/f6/04/80f604cb-989e-caad-0bc4-384d94bf054f/02-02-active-fast.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/6c/f5/fb/6cf5fb04-7d32-6bb8-ec86-29f85aed14a3/03-03-edit-start-time.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/b9/ca/da/b9cadaf3-11e6-6c60-b957-6097fe736068/05-08-populated-history-summary.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/0e/f1/28/0ef128d0-e28a-c407-2188-1474d5a8516b/04-04-history-day-detail.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/64/fb/2c/64fb2cbe-4e11-57d4-1896-f2ca574b7f78/06-10-fasting-stages.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d6/11/1e/d6111ef0-e392-99e5-4d11-34b35c2270a4/07-07-fasting-plan-selection.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 9](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/5e/23/2a/5e232a64-e7a1-c744-ace3-1ce43ee659e9/08-05-history-calendar.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 10](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/e8/83/47/e88347bd-527c-ae43-1eeb-effcefcd64cd/10-06-settings.png/1284x2778.png) ## Simple Fasting App Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 26 (74%) - 4 stars: 3 (9%) - 3 stars: 3 (9%) - 2 stars: 2 (6%) - 1 stars: 1 (3%) ## Simple Fasting App Reviews in United States ### ***-- "Pleasantly Simple" I love that this app is simply a time tracker for intermittent fasting,,,however I wish I could roll the time back to more accurately portray when I last ate. Too many times I’m trying to document a start or end time that happened the day before and it won’t let me go back there. Others than that I love it! -- Eli'sMap, 2026-10-03 ### ***-- "Confused" The ad I saw for this said it uses age, weight,BMI to calculate info but I’ve not seen anywhere to enter that information🤷🏻‍♀️. I’ll change the rating if/when I get a response. Thanks in advance. -- Remuda1, 2026-09-13 ### ***** "Great APP" Very simple and not a million clicks to figure out how to use it. Very simple and accurate! It has helped me to track intermittent fasting! Love it! And I have lost a few pounds! It’s a wi. Win! -- Cynthia Mae D, 2026-09-05 ### ***** "Excellent" Love it so simple to use. -- Tam110, 2026-09-01 ### ***-- "Needs more options" Would be better if it didn’t count down. I like to start and see how long I can go, I don’t always know when I intend to end. Also it would be nice to be able to add hours. I started my fast 24 hours ago ans only just decided to track it but it will only assume Im starting right now with no way to put in yesterday’s time. -- SamIAm214, 2026-01-19 ### ***** "Cool" A cool and proper app at the end! Thank you 👍 -- SahinErdemir, 2025-12-10 [View all Simple Fasting App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Simple Fasting App Available In -
