## Simple Interval Timer Description
Simple Interval Timer (SIT) can be used for any kind of interval training, such as running, cycling, HIIT sessions (including Tabata method), stretching, etc.

SIT is exactly what you would expect. An interval timer, which is easy to set up and use. It features a nice plain design, with no unnecessary controls. 

Adjust Number of Sets, Action and Break duration to your needs and you are ready to go!

On the iOS an extra switch control allows you to prevent the screen from dimming.

SIT remembers the last 5 configurations you have used. Swipe left across the Settings screen to switch to another configuration.

SIT can run in the background, while you are playing music, watching videos or doing anything else on your iOS device.

SIT Watch features the same simplicity as the iOS app while offering the same functionality, plus it will measure your heartbeat during the workout sessions. The recordings will be available in the Apple's Health app.

SIT Watch runs independently of the phone, so no need to have your phone around during your workouts (although you will need your phone during the very first time you launch SIT watch).

SIT lets you avoid any tedious set up and focus on your training!

This interval timer app is fantastic! It's been a game-changer for my workouts. I can finally concentrate fully on the exercise itself without having to constantly check the clock or keep track of reps and rest periods. It really helps me stay focused and in the zone.

The only thing missing, in my opinion, is the ability to name saved configurations. Right now, they're just labeled with generic names like "Configuration 1/5." It would be incredibly helpful to be able to give them specific names, like "Core Abs Workout" or "HIIT Cardio." This would make it so much easier to identify and select the exact routine I need.

I hope the developers consider adding this feature in a future update. Overall, it's a fantastic app, and I highly recommend it!

I downloaded this to help me with hiit training. I use it when running and for climbing up and down stairs. I just started using it for stretching. I hold a stretch for a certain amount of time then relax. I love that I don’t have to watch a stopwatch or reset a timer every interval. This has 5 different settings so I can switch my workouts without losing a setting. Love it!

I’ve been getting into running recently, and use this to keep track of my running/walking intervals. The best thing about it - it’s ACTUALLY free! Sure, there are ads, but they don’t interrupt anything, they’re just in a banner at the top. Which I’d much rather put up with than have to pay for a monthly subscription like most apps these days. Works great, too, have never had any issues with it.
