Two of the biggest mistakes manual paper log keepers make is not maintaining a contemporaneous mileage log and mixing their business miles with personal miles. Inaccurate record-keeping can result in rejected mileage deduction claims and IRS penalties.

Making Your Business Mileage Count
The 2019 standard IRS mileage rate of 58 cents per mile driven for business, 14 cents for charity and 18 cents for medical mileage. 

Simple calculates your largest mileage tax deduction. For example, let’s say you drive 1,000 or 10,000 miles for business using the standard mileage rate of 58 cents you’d be entitled to a mileage deduction of $580 or $5800.

This is a lousy app. Do not use it! It does not capture all of the rides sometimes it’s two weeks later on a ride. Will show up to be classified. We have missed easily it capturing 7000 of Miles that our tax deductible

Have used this app for over a year.  Stopped working the other day saying it doesn’t have an Internet connection restarted the app, restarted my phone, and tried to delete reinstall and Still not working.  Have sent two emails with no response, tried to use their chat feature for help, but there’s nowhere to enter a message.  Very frustrating, the product has worked great but these are used to track mileage in real time and even not working for 2-3 days is a big deal

I used to use QBSE and the tracker was good. Thought I found a great replacement, but the lack of background tracking spoils it all. I ended up closing it and thought it was still tracking.
