They simply don’t know. I’ve been asked 2 times to leave my alternative number so they can reach out to me, of course never called me back. Waisted time and money on the card…. Oh yes, the customer service convinced me that I don’t have credit, even that I had a conversation of 3 minutes. Me naively purchased more to learn that I had and have enough credit. Used NET10 15 years without a problem….. garbage -- Whatever helps 12345, 2025-01-18 ### *---- "This a trash" Worst app to use ever, is always interrupting and is can never connect to the server -- Prandy123, 2023-01-26 ### *---- "Stay Away, they don’t even have knowledge on the app" App doesn’t work, my husband traveled and can’t use his phone. I called them they told me they don’t know how to use the app and the app is messing up when I download it, then says send IDL 611611 to get balance a couple of times but was unable to assist with the problem. Then they started to transfer me about 3 times when I finally was able to get in contact with then and hung up on me after paying and extra $10 to the ILD account. We are going to switch to a different company as soon as he comes back. -- Lola M2015, 2022-10-12 ### *---- "App not working" Worst app. Called customer service, they don’t know what they are telling customer. Explained about error. “ An error has occurred while attempting to communicate with the service. Try again later” it’s been month, still app developer not fixing. Garbage -- NeshThe5, 2022-05-08 ### *---- "APP NOT WORKING 😡" APP AND SERVER NOT WORKING…. -- thgame chapin, 2022-03-04 ### *---- "Garbage" I’ve downloaded this 3x. Have it attached to the calling card but when I dial number it crashes and then freezes. Can I give 0 stars? This app is crap. -- HM123451, 2020-03-22 ### *---- "Wast my money without any successful call so far" I bought 10 dollars international call card, had tried to make a call on this program few times. Every time I tried dial the program and immediately it disappeared. And I didn’t know my call was actually send out or not. In the end, I tried to use dial number to dial my international call and I found my minutes had dropped more than hundred minutes. I guess when program automatically disappear which means it crashed but still use your minutes on background and take unknown ending. By the way, my system is iOS 13. -- ssc3k, 2019-10-28 ### *---- "3 days trying to make international calls- no success." I don’t know why they created this App , before I did a calls without any problem. Every time I dial the number system ask me for a Pin, but they sent me Pin only once and it didn’t work. So absurd -- Galochka007, 2019-10-01 ### *---- "Terrible" Can’t import contacts from iPhone Change the number I am calling to a local number in USA crashes so easily -- mmark001, 2019-09-30 ### *---- "Contacts are not accessible from the app" You can memorize the number and type every time...... have fun -- reddyabcdf, 2019-06-09 [View all Simple Mobile ILD reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Simple Mobile ILD - [Slick: eSIM & Global Calls](https://apptail.io/app/slick-esim-global-calls-fgFb/united-states) - [USA Civics Test & Case Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/usa-civics-test-case-tracker-raqd/united-states) - [SikaCash](https://apptail.io/app/sikacash-ckvd/united-states) - [Prepaid Bill](https://apptail.io/app/prepaid-bill-hkJd/united-states) - [TLC License Status Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/tlc-license-status-tracker-uHoe/united-states) - [MAXSIP](https://apptail.io/app/maxsip-Oxij/united-states) - [Case Tracker for USCIS](https://apptail.io/app/case-tracker-for-uscis-vrgn/united-states) - [Case Tracker for USCIS Cases](https://apptail.io/app/case-tracker-for-uscis-cases-kHBn/united-states) - [Immigratus USCIS Case Status](https://apptail.io/app/immigratus-uscis-case-status-ybMn/united-states) - [Tower Auto Mall](https://apptail.io/app/tower-auto-mall-dKQq/united-states) ## Simple Mobile ILD Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/united-states) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/mexico) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/brazil) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/colombia) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/argentina) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/ecuador) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/peru) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/dominican-republic) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/simple-mobile-ild-Lzyj/chile) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
