App and service have been pretty good so far, couple of small niggles - on Touch ID iPhone the bottom bar on the phone (sorry not sure of the technical name) obscures the bottom on screen icons. Biggest issues are in app notifications - you get a popup with usually a partly truncated message, you select the message hoping for more which takes you into the app where any message seems to be long gone

I’ve used this app for years. Suddenly when it’s time to request my repeat. I am greeted with a message. We are unable to complete any repeat prescriptions unless I have been using a pill pocket compliance aid! Was given no warning about this sudden and unexpected change in policy and now I will be out of sync with my mental health medication sending me into a deep spiral of negativity!! I am sickened to my very core. 

This should be national news!! A complete and utter breach of trust and failure to communicate coupled with gross incompetence resulting in patients being I’ll prepared, I’ll informed and beyond angry!!

The worst app you will ever use in your life 😡😡😡I have three people on my app to order their meds. However when I get a reminder to do so I am always having problems as the medication is scattered in between the persons and I can’t make a proper order. 
This is the most frustrating app I have ever had to deal with. There’s no straight forward way in ordering your meds. 
To my understanding it should be easy as 1+1=2 
Mr. X has 4 types of meds I have to order 
Mrs. Y has 6 types of meds to order 
And Mysel Mrs Z has another 4 to order. I should be able to just go on each person I need to order and order the meds they are on and due for renewal. 
The meds are there for life it doesn’t change nor it’s changing in the amount of it being consumed. 
So one button to order the meds due wouldn’t be mostly appropriate way. 
But not in this case😫

This app only seems to work in England, where as I am in Wales. When I started the registration process it only came up with surgeries as I said in England. Great shame, judging by the reviews it’s a great app. 
The one star reflects the fact that the developers seem to have failed to mention that this app doesn’t cover all areas and postcodes.

Being of a certain age, I’ve never really understood the need for everything to be online these days, until COVID that is! My husband and I have had to shield for the majority of the last year and having Simple to deliver our medications has been so helpful and efficiency is superb. It was so easy to arrange (with their staff putting my mind at ease ) and I’ve recommended to friends and family who also love the service. You will not be disappointed!
