In continuous mode it ems a pleasant little beep at the end of each interval. It has the option to pause also. I downloaded this app to do some head and neck movement exercises to treat vertigo. This requires changes between 4 poses every 30 seconds for 5 times. This app is perfect for that as most looping timer apps I used didn't provide a sound after each repeat. This one is good. It also has a louder sound option. My advice would be to make more sounds available. A bell sound for example would be good for mediation or yoga poses. Another important feature missing is a final sound different from the previous ones to let you know the entire iteration of loops or routine is completed. Other than that, this is great and super simple to use!
