## Simple Spin Pro Description
Simple Spin Pro turns your Echelon bike into a serious training tool — or the perfect companion for streaming rides. One app, two ways to ride.

Build the exact interval session you want in about a minute and ride it while your bike changes its own resistance to match. Or keep your metrics on screen while you watch Netflix, YouTube, and more. Either way, every ride counts.

THE SMART WORKOUT WIZARD

Structured training built around your Echelon bike — not adapted from someone else's class. Pick a shape and Simple Spin Pro writes the intervals:

• Repeating — the classic work / recovery session
• Progressive — every round a little harder than the last
• Pyramid — climb to a peak, then come back down
• Custom — build it interval by interval

Then choose how round length moves: the same every round, longer, shorter, or up to a peak and back.

Nothing starts blank. The whole workout is there before you change anything — named, rated for difficulty, and drawn as a profile you can read at a glance.

YOUR BIKE FOLLOWS THE WORKOUT

You do not chase the numbers. The workout sets them.

• Every interval applies its resistance to your Echelon the moment it starts
• In Power mode, Simple Spin Pro reads your live cadence and calculates the resistance needed to hold your target watts
• Spoken cues announce what is coming before it arrives, not as it hits
• Adjust up or down mid-ride whenever you like — your saved workout stays exactly as you built it

MAKE IT YOURS

Defaults are pitched for a rider getting back into it — a session you can finish, not a benchmark that beats you on day one. Everything above that is yours to change:

• Add an interval anywhere — before the first, between any two, or at the end
• Delete one straight from its card, or change its type, length, or target
• Tap any value to set it exactly, instead of pressing + a dozen times
• Train by Echelon resistance, 1 to 32, or by watts, 10 to 500 W

Edit anything and the workout keeps up: difficulty, profile, name, and your spoken coach announcements all move with it.

BUILD IT. RIDE IT. KEEP IT.

• Tap Save & Start Ride and you are pedaling the workout you just built — no export, no sync, no waiting
• Every workout is saved to your library, one tap away tomorrow
• Share a session with a friend, or import theirs, from a single link
• Workout history shows your consistency over time
• Every completed ride syncs to Apple Health automatically

RIDE AND STREAM

Watch Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video, YouTube, and more while your cadence, resistance, and power stay visible in rock-solid Picture-in-Picture, foreground or background. Stay entertained. Stay on pace.

JUST RIDE

Not every session needs a plan. Just Ride gives you live metrics and nothing else: cadence, resistance, power, speed, distance, calories, elapsed time.

BETTER TOGETHER: SIMPLE INSIGHTS

Your subscription also unlocks Simple Insights, our companion app for deeper Apple Health–powered analysis. See trends, training load, and progress over time. Same Apple Account, no extra purchase.

## Simple Spin Pro Reviews in United States

### **--- "Could be great"
Could be an awesome app for the money but the glitches are just so bad. Somehow gotten worse and really ruined my last ride. I’ll find something else until they can work out the issues. Otherwise great concept
