## Simple Split Tracker Reviews in United States

### ***** "For serious power lifters"
This app is a game-changer for anyone serious about strength training. It takes the guesswork out of programming by automatically building full workout plans based on your 1-rep max, whether you’re running Smolov Jr., Full Smolov, or 5/3/1. Tracking AMRAPs and new max-outs. I love that it handles all the math and scheduling so I can just focus on lifting.
