The app, although it connects to fitbit and Apple Health I think they should also incorporate other big sports apps like Garmin and Strava but especially Garmin because it has similar functions like weight tracking and water intake, which makes it hard to switch between two apps to accurately log those, so instead, when its logged into Garmin the data will also exist in Simple. Love all the functions though, the price is reasonable and the free functions too. Their AI is also more helpful in the depth of nutrition than ChatGPT.

I downloaded this app last year. I used it for a while, paid subscription and then deleted my account also with subscription. This week they charged me. When I asked for help they wanted my account info. I deleted that account so I don’t have any ID. I was only send automatic messages and no help. I just want my money back. That is all.

I rate -10000/10

Impossible to cancel the membership. Not very serious especially if it is quite expensive.

 If your subscription was purchased via the website, cancelling through the app by navigating to "Me" --- "Settings" --- "Manage Subscriptions" doesnt work either.
I hope the support will be teda to solve this ASAP.

You charged me 79,2 Eur without my acceptance, I didn’t find any subscription in my iPhone, however after 7 days trial I was charged anyway. I do not use the app and was asking to refund twice with no any answer from Simple at all. Absolutely no serious approach and this can’t be the way to do a business!!!

There are way better apps to track and improve your fitness and nutrition habits. This one is more about marketing and a bit of education than anything else. Measuring your calories in-out is much more important than fasting at the end.
