Easy to take notes from iPhone and website. The best app ever I have. Free use and would like to contribute. Can we please pay a one off fee instead of the monthly or year fee to support? Or maybe add some additional features and get paid for it?

used to be a nice simple text editor cross platform but the push to a subscription is not only greedy but way too much. i dont care if the developer never adds anything more as i dont need or want anything more to complicate the simplicity and just stuff to go wrong. its fine as it is and should be free with donation support instead of greed subscription. so i assume if the developer isnt a milionaire within a month he (and it is a he) will remove the app and blame the users.
All I needed was a simple note taking app similar to Apple Notes, with a good widget, and something that can be synced with my Windows laptop. Perfect!
Why this over googles
When u take note, all u need is fast smoothly reaction, u actually don't need those heavy useless functions and formatting. Simplenote is just the only perfect app i was always keep looking for.
For what I need, this app is perfect. I must have tried ever pp of its kind that I found. The one thing it would benefit from is a better touch response. My success rate with putting the cursor where I want is running around 20% success which is very frustrating. Despite that, still a fantastic app.
This is the great app to take notes in a simpler manner, syncs around different platforms really quick. One request however is to let us know the number of words while writing. I am aware that it can be checked by clicking the info button. But the real time view of numbers of words being typed. Thankyou
It was amazing, but when my device auto-updated to iOS 12.5.5 the app started closing the instant I opened it. 13/10/21 They made an update to fix the problem immediately. Amazing app, great support. 5 stars.
