## SimplePrints Photo Books Reviews in United States

### ***** "My books"
Over the years I probably have 30 or more I’ve created. All of them are special! I’ve suggested size options of fonts and apparently they took my suggestion because I can now change the font! Thanks!
-- Honeybee120, 2025-08-25

### ****- "Excellent but photos in photo search too small"
This app is wonderful. I already did one book, purchased twice. The IT people are quite responsive. One day, I thought I had lost the entire new book I was working on and the team answered kindly and quickly several times in a row.

One suggestion, as many people who work on these photo books are older as their families might not have the time, may I suggest that the photo search display much bigger pictures. Just like the ones in iPad photos. These are minuscule. Even a well seing person could not make a difference between almost similar photos (like the best smile of three photos, for example). I have to get my magnifier along with my glasses for it to work. I could go much faster. This is what I am dreading when working with this app.

I would do much books if this was fixed…I am sure I am not the only one. The app people and us could greatly benefit!

Love your app. So easy to use. Love what I can do for my family with it!
-- Whatthecatbroughtin, 2025-06-13

### ***** "Grandkids"
I have purchased graduation books for my past 3 grandchildren that graduated. I love these memory books. They are of excellent quality! ♥️♥️💙
-- Grad books, 2025-04-07

### ***** "Simple Prints"
Great product. Easy to use. Very good quality.
-- CubCreek, 2025-01-31

### *---- "Calendars"
Calendars aren’t listed in the catalog page even though it says you can make them. Thanks
-- CHFR1776, 2025-01-09

### ***** "First-time customer now repeat-customer"
I’ve never written a review on the App Store before, but I have to for this. I’ve never used SimplePrints and I stumbled upon it at random one day searching for a photo album app. First, the app is very easy to use. Second, I had an issue adding my address at checkout and the staff promptly emailed me (on a Sunday!) and did it for me. Third, when the album was submitted they reviewed the project and let me know about some issues before proceeding to print and allowed me to make adjustments. The final product was perfect and I’m very impressed. I will be a repeat customer and I will definitely be recommending this app to other people for their projects!

### ***** "Best Service, Best Quality"
I have been a Simple Prints customer for 8 years or so. I have never been disappointed with either quality or service.
I use a third-party collage app to make my photos or text into images and then simply upload them to the SimplePrints app.
In the Simple Prints App, I use the QR code feature for videos a lot. I take a screenshot of the code, crop it, and add it to the photo or collage in the third-party app and then upload it to Simple Prints. Really easy and I love it.
I have made Simple Prints books for all sorts of things in addition to family photo books with videos.
For example, I have made genealogical family histories with text and photographs of documentation; cookbooks with text, photos, and videos; history booklets for fundraisers; and catalogs of family heirlooms.
Their cloud storage also works really well. I have never lost any of my work.
As far as service goes, they respond to emails in the blink of an eye, and I love it when I get contacted immediately if I have a duplicate photo somewhere or if they find a mistake I’ve made.
The few times I’ve had a small problem (corners crunched up during shipping, for example), they have kindly replaced the damaged book. They have also upgraded shipping to a faster delivery whenever they have a delay on their side.
It’s a great company.

### ***** "Love It!"
I use Simple Prints often and create beautiful books for my children and grandchildren every year, throughout the year. It’s easy to use, made with quality, and arrives quickly. Thank you Simple Prints! Sue
-- Susie Pye, 2024-11-27

### ****- "Art photos"
Very easy to use and hopefully good prints.
-- Teel2, 2024-11-21

### ***** "Help"
Thank you for contacting me to let me know that there were blank pages! Yikes ! I would have been crushed not being able to fix that !
