## Simplex Description
Dagboeken

Dagboeken maakt het boeken van loonmutaties op dagniveau heerlijk eenvoudig. Met een goede configurator voor jou als beheerder, is het boeken van bijvoorbeeld reiskostenvergoeding, thuiswerkvergoeding of lunchkosten eenvoudig. Je kunt zelf een titel en beschrijving toevoegen. Je stelt een aantal of bedrag in en koppelt dit aan een looncomponent. Zo worden wijzigingen direct verwerkt in je loonverwerking.

Weekboeken

Met Weekboeken, boek jij uren in AFAS zonder de projecten module. De geboekte uren worden na het voltooien gecontroleerd door de leidinggevende waarna ze direct als loonmutatie worden opgevoerd. Jouw Payroll verwerking op rolletjes! Hiermee maak je uren boeken gemakkelijk, en automatiseer je het berekenen en verwerken van overuren. Een medewerker stuurt zijn gewerkte uren in. Een leidinggevende keurt dit goed via de workflow. Als dit goedgekeurd is worden je uren verwerkt. Heb je overuren gemaakt? Dan kan je kiezen of je deze als tijd-voor-tijd wilt insturen, of dat je ze wilt laten uitbetalen. Je kunt ook aangeven tegen welk tarief je overuren wilt boeken, krijg je die misschien als 125% uitgekeerd? Je stelt het 1x in, en de rest gaat automatisch.
