Strike one I use a password manager I and the app is telling me my password is wrong. Strike two Navigating the app is terrible. Strike three It auto create some sort of user name and sent me an email instead of using the app to communicate. I don’t want or need my spam. I have the app use the app. -- Heathbn, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "Terrible App" App is terrible. Slow and clunky. Lacks feature to have multiple shipping addresses or override defaults before ordering. Other than the app, I’ve used this like service twice and have had no issues. -- bxzlfrd12, 2024-12-07 ### *---- "Crashes -nonfunctional" Crashes. App does not work. -- sfcrotty, 2024-10-18 ### **--- "Failure" Two days ago I downloaded the app to refill my quick connect CO2 cylinders, and the app seems to want to default to the screw in type cylinder, for some reason, it seems like the better option is to purchase. My CO2 cylinders off the website. -- kikmaster700, 2024-09-09 ### *---- "Won’t scroll down" Your stupid app won’t allow me to scroll down to actually enter my login password, so I can’t order anything. Useless garbage -- Erikonymous, 2024-09-08 ### **--- "Terrible customer service" Last week, I left a voice mail message and an email message to their customer service. NO RESPONSE. So I’m hoping that, by leaving a bad review, maybe they’ll actually respond. I recently placed an order to replace two O2 canisters. But the ones they sent me were NOT sealed-wrapped with plastic (like they’ve done in the past.) This change in business practice concerns me because it makes it too easy for I’ll-willed people to tamper with the canisters, compromising their integrity. I want to know: are the ones I received “defects” (because they lacked that shrink-wrap around the heads) or is this a new business practice to save the company money? (I am not comfortable with this new change, if it’s “intentional”. And if these are “defects” in their process, I’d like a response with my next steps to get appropriate canisters. I actually have three canisters like this: one of them was from a previous order with them and was the “second” one in the box. -- Donna1812, 2024-08-15 ### **--- "Just a website wrapper, but somehow a bad one" It’s just another app that loads SimpliSoda’s website here instead of in your browser. Which, like, fine…but it does it badly. It never keeps me logged in; clicking on links sometimes does nothing and sometimes does something but gives you no indication that it’s working on it; and it’s just…slow. Even on good internet connections. It gets a second star cause it saves you a dollar over the website (probably by collecting data that it wouldn’t otherwise get and selling it). But it’s a bad app and SimpliSoda should be embarrassed having their name on it. -- JAGalicious, 2024-08-09 ### *---- "Apple Pay doesn't work!" Clicking the Apple Pay button brings up the Apple Pay screen, where you confirm you're passing along your name, address, phone number, and email, but then when you double click and face ID the purchase it acts like it goes through, but then it just takes you back to the purchase page asking you to type in all your info anyway. That's not how Apple pay is suppose to work. 😂 What's the point of the app in that case? I can just order it from the website all the same. -- TheIndieArmy, 2024-06-11 ### *---- "Why an app? And why so bad?" 1) why do they have an app? Just have a Shopify website or something and let us be 2) god forbid you have an account and manually type in all your billing and shipping info without logging in because the app isn’t set up to autofill with password managers. It will clear everything and make you log in before buying. So obnoxious. -- Avi Warner, 2024-06-05 ### *---- "Be aware scammers" They took $10.00 usd from my apple wallet that never came back, when I was installing this app. -- Luchopc, 2024-05-24 [View all Simpli Soda CO2 Refills reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
