Need panic button on App. Panic button is only available on keypad. Cannot trigger alarm with App. Only off/home/arm option. Your developers should add this “panic button” option on your App. When there is an intruder and alarm is off while out of home, there is no way of sounding the alarm. Hence, 1 star.

The notification have stopped in the last three days. Absolutely none. I have had SimpliNotSafe for four years and it gets worse month after month. JUNK.

Been a customer for a long time. Over 10 years now. The alarm is good in general does what you need it todo. The app and cameras are spotty. I just tried to add a custom security pin in the app and it won’t update. When you’re about of the country and things don’t work it’s becomes a bigger problem.

For the price and what you get, this app serves the basic needs for your everyday home or business monitoring. The one thing I’ve recently discovered after replacing a camera, is that the app may say changes to your settings actually saved, but they do not. I had motion all and sensitivity high, but once I called customer service they saw a different setting. So just try going on your PC vs the app to ensure things take.

App is very slow and glitchy. Cannot add a new water sensor. Will not advance the app even when base station is staying “Water sensor added. Now choose a name.” App is frozen.

Just recently when I get a motion notification I’m unable to see the preview. The preview is supposed to be available for 24 hours. I don’t see anything. Can someone please help with this issue???

Everything has been fine so far. But now my camera alerts don’t go to my phone. Yes, I’ve tried all the basic stuff and everything is turned on. The videos are in the app, but no notifications being sent through.

What a PITA. Gave up trying, and will probably end up returning the system.

Cameras don’t record footage reliably. Lately, I’ve also had an issue with the cameras not turning off after turning off away mode. The base station always fails to update. Not a very reliable system at all. I wouldn’t recommend.
