Every time the app gets updated, I can’t add promo codes. It eventually sorts itself out (weeks later) then happens again. So frustrating.

It’s a good app but I’m fed up of it logging me out of my account every time I close it.

I can’t get on the app so even to pay my account I have to go on the home sister app which is ridiculous

When you order something online using your account and select free next day delivery, you don’t expect to receive an email almost 24 hours later confirming that your order has been “accepted” Overall the app works quite well but does periodically delete your list of saved items and for some reason will display the same item multiple times if it is available in a variety of sizes.

I have ordered 2 dresses that haven’t been delivered, while their courier service is not responding, claiming that they have proof of delivery- confirmation of the delivery address. Such a nonsense, I will never order again from this app !

Only giving ** apps constantly shuts down after a few minutes of browsing. This would be a great app if I could actually get to see some of the products being sold too as not all pictures load. Sort it out and problem solved you could have your *****

App dosent work , needs fixing on mobile phones , can’t seem to upload any categories on my iphone .

I think the app is brilliant but I don’t if it’s just me but I don’t have the home section anymore in my app. There’s nothing on home accessories, tech, rugs etc

I love simply be clothing and other products , Being a larger lady i know i can trust that simply be will have an excellent range for me to browse and buy. I love being able to try the clothes on at home and not feel rushed like when in a shop. I very seldom shop anywhere else for clothes because unlike simply be i don’t know the quality of items. Simply be has an excellent customer service and excellent delivery time ( the next day on most items. In my opinion this is by far the best place to buy clothes whether you are curvy or not.

I love shopping at SB it has everything I need and want , the delivery services is great and there is always a good deal to have .
