I have purchased a lot of the back issues as a package a while ago. Now in the new app I have to log in ‘Gathered’, and all my purchased magazines are gone and cannot be restored!

• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Simply Crochet
I love the magazine! There aren’t as many crochet magazines as there are knitting magazines, so keep it coming! I’ve been a subscriber to your digital magazine from the beginning. The only problem I have is with the app. When I haven’t had a chance to go back and update my issues in a timely manner, they have to be repurchased in order for me to access them again. I find that a real nuisance. Definitely something to fix!
Great patterns
There are a lot of really great patterns and the sale of back issues was great - can't get that in paper. Keep them coming and interesting.
