I installed this app because I keep getting bombarded with political messages and I wanted to get rid of them. This app has failed to stop it and I’m still getting political text messages asking for donations. This app doesn’t do anything at all. It is a garbage app

### ***** "A well thought out text blocking tool"
Update: march 26, 2023. This app has worked spectacularly well for me since my first review. I can't recall the last time a spam text came through. I am using the developer's automatic blocking feature, which he is constantly updating.  
Occasionally, I check the "Junk" folder to see if a text message was accidentally blocked. That's very rare and the application makes it easier prevent that in the future. 
The flexibility the author provide you in terms of allowing and blocking text messages is incredible. And it's free with no ads. 👏

One of the problems I have with texting is that I receive scam text messages that are sent by email. Supposedly my carrier can block this, but I haven't seen it work yet. When I saw this app had a setting to block text messages sent by email, I decided to download it and take a look. "Simply Filter" offers incredible flexibility in terms of blocking configurations. 

Once you have created a configuration and/or selected some options, it allows you to test to see if your block will work. That's a pretty cool feature. I also found this app uses iCloud to synchronize settings between multiple installations (ie: installed on an iPhone and an iPad). That is a huge timesaver if you have complex filters set up. If your block is valid, the test will tell you so. 

The "blocked" text message is treated just like email spam and quietly sent to a text spam folder. For those that don't want to dive into this level of detail, Simply Filter offers a predefined "automatic" configuration. And did I mention it's completely free with no ads?! For now, I'm just going to try it with these emails scammers. If it works as I'm hoping it will, I may set up some additional rules for some more discrete blocking. 

 Finally, I'm really glad to see an application privacy policy from the developer. From my experience, that is often a good sign of application quality. My thanks to the developer for freely offering a quality text spammer solution.

### ***** "Unique Outstanding Design App!"
I wrote a review for this Great Outstanding Unique Software a few days back. I am updating this review to express this unique app has gotten better and better. The Developer is putting a great deal of Hard work Time Sweat and Love into the coding of this software! For myself this app always ( yes I said always ) sends all sms messages to the junk file that is scam or Fraudulent information that crooks send trying to get money or my identity! Thanks to this Developers Great unique Outstanding Idea He had this does not happen! It’s truly important for you to download this app and protect yourself!!! Give it a try you will not be disappointed or sorry!! ( really ) I truly truly appreciate and Thank the Developer for putting this app out here for all of us! Please show Him your Thankful also by Downloading this app today ( now ) well time for me to move on so they say! With that I Thank the Developer one more time and truly Tip my Hat to Him ( Yes ) it’s truly a unique Outstanding Design App! Thanks 🎩!
