I’ve made an account and I now can no login My pictures are visible to other users. This is unacceptable and a breach of trust Please resolve this at once

The app logouts automatically while swiping for matches which is a total bug that needs to be fixed.

I understand it’s a new app & still free. I think a few more months and it will be an awesome app. Seen some of the new features coming soon so excited to actually see the Ai side of things 👍🏽👍🏽

I downloaded the app in September and wasn’t to impressed, but I’ve seen massive improvements since then. They have made major updates and it’s still free to use so it’s a thumbs up from me.

Since launch, many good updates. I’m guessing it’s only going to get better. Keep up the good work guys.

I attended the mega launch of Simply Nikah and I really enjoyed it. There was mention of mandatory ID checks. However, this still has not been implemented. I wouldn’t trust any matrimonial site that doesn’t have mandatory ID checks., regardless who endorses the brand. Other brands offer voluntary Yoti ID checks (we know who that is) but this simply doesn’t go far enough to protect our brothers and sisters. Some friends recently came across a new organisation, Muslim Marriage Services, which is a certified social enterprise, featuring a nominal social impact fee and Yoti ID checks as standard with enhanced Guardian monitoring. In addition, they have a free Big 5 personality quiz for compatibility insights. Yoti even featured them in a case study earlier this year which was very informative. Whilst the site doesn’t yet have an app, the platform logo and branding are unique. Muslim matrimonial brands should join forces to make online matrimony fun and secure.

Doesn’t even work. Not functional at all. Advertise it when it actually has some use.

The basic functionality of this app doesn’t work. How do users know if they’ve been matched and how can users reach out? AI isn’t accurate and correctly matching people up. It’s a lot easier to directly message someone for comparability.

App is too premature for release. Like other users ive not matched anyone neither can you view the persona profile if they have liked you. This is insane. Really slow too and freezes. I joined in September thinking that within 5 months of release it may be a good app to use but no. people have fake ages as well look so old but put 35 down. Needs revamping.

THIS APP IS ALREADY ANNOYING TF OUT OF ME AND I HAVE NOT EVEN HAD THE CHANCE TO USE IT YET. I AM ONLY AT THE POINT OF BUILDING MY ACCOUNT AND ALREADY THIS APP IS HAVING TECH ISSUES. THE SCREEN KEEPS GOING BLANK WHEN I PRESS CONTINUE THE AMOUNT OF TIMES I HAVE HAD TO CLOSE AND REOPEN IT. Jarring af.
