## Simply Description
The development of the Simply Workout App was inspired by the mission of Empire Dragons NYC, a breast cancer survivor dragon boat team based in New York City. Founded by Donna Wilson in 2009, the team has grown into a community of athletes who embody resilience, camaraderie, and the power of movement in recovery.

This app extends that mission by bringing their spirit of strength and perseverance into the palm of your hand. With input from survivor-athletes and health professionals, Simply Workout implements a number of customized exercises and training routines specifically designed to help cancer survivors stay healthy, active, and confident in their fitness journey.

From adapted strength training that builds paddling power, to flexibility and mobility routines that support recovery, to endurance workouts that keep the team race-ready, every exercise is tailored to the unique needs of survivors. The app not only provides safe, effective training but also reflects the supportive environment that makes Empire Dragons NYC more than a team — it is a family.

Whether you are preparing for dragon boat practice, cross-training, or simply looking to stay strong and healthy, the Simply Workout App is your personal training companion — one that honors the challenges you have overcome while pushing you toward new goals on and off the water.
