Parents can engage socially, both with teachers and with each other. All communication stays private to your circle, and only group organizers can see the contact information of the group members. SimplyCircle saves you time: You only need to create an event or a task once, and all reminders will happen automatically. SimplyCircle drives higher family engagement at your school: Parents can sign up to volunteer, or share photos with other group members, right from their phone. As a group leader, you have complete control over who is in your circle, and what content is posted to your circle. As a group member, you see all of the communication from all of your circles consolidated into a single convenient and private dashboard, which you can access from anywhere, on any device. The web and the app are always kept in sync – any updates on one immediately show up on the other. SimplyCircle helps streamline communications for all types of parent groups, including classrooms, schools, PTAs, scout groups, sports teams, and informal groups of family and friends. Unlike other group communication platforms, SimplyCircle combines the broad reach of an email distribution list with the deep engagement of a private social network. COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH PARENTS. SimplyCircle makes it simple to handle all your parent communication in one system. It’s easy to send out updates, events, tasks, and photos to all the members in your private circle. Everyone can respond to content online or from the mobile app, and all new posts are summarized daily. This way, you can engage all your members – and avoid another “reply all” email fiasco. NEVER FORGET ANOTHER EVENT. It’s easy to create events and tasks in SimplyCircle, and your entire group will get notified. Then, they will receive automated reminders about everything happening that week on Sunday morning, plus one final reminder the day of the event. Parents can also import any SimplyCircle event or task into their personal calendar with one click of a button. ENABLE ONE-ON-ONE CONVERSATIONS. With SimplyCircle, parents can engage in one-on-one conversations with other group members, without needing to access their private contact information. For people who don’t know each other well, that’s much easier than looking up an email address in a school directory or a club roster. Parents can message each other privately right from the app, and be instantly notified when they get a new message. If the recipient of their message does not have the SimplyCircle app, he or she will receive an email – so no communications ever get lost. INTEGRATED VOLUNTEER SIGNUPS. Volunteer signup features are included right in the SimplyCircle platform, so you don’t have to manage your group communications across multiple different services. Group members can sign up to volunteer with one click of a button, right from their phone. COLLECT PAYMENTS. Whether you need to collect field trip donations, PTA dues or sell school concert tickets, you can do it directly on SimplyCircle. The money will be instantly deposited to your PayPal account, and you can see who paid you right here on SimplyCircle. IT'S EASY! It takes less than a minute to set up your private circle and invite your group members. On the app, you can easily invite people from the address book on your phone or by entering their email addresses. On the web, you have additional invitation options such as uploading a CSV file. On all platforms, you can simply share an invite code for your circle, and have parents join it on their own. It is difficult to find data management services that can organize both a non-profit and education. That written - the app is a good tool that just doesn’t always function as well as a web browser. Which is frustrating to users. -- Skibidi guy🚽🚽🚽, 2019-09-17 ### **--- "Decent service but needs mobile fixes" Top request: on iPhone when comments are long the app truncates them ending in ‘...’ but you can’t tap or hold to view the rest. -- pzparent, 2018-12-04 ### ***** "Great app that connects me to my kids school" As a parent, I like to be kept in the loop about what’s going on at the school. I’m glad the school is using SimplyCircle (third year in a row), because everything I need is in one place. The calendar, volunteer signups, photos and field trips announcements are all there. I like that I get notified when there is a new post or announcement. At home I log into the web version, but when I’m out and about I use the mobile app. Good app - and it’s free. -- VeryBusyParent, 2018-08-18 ### ***-- "Really want to like this!" But it's buggy... When I edit an event it doesn't replace, but duplicates Then I need to go one-by-one and delete all of the "old" events Also, the keyboard in the add address field on mobile iPhone doesn't allow commas, so all group members need to be added one-by-one and saved out individually I do love the daily email digest! I hope videos are coming soon as well as a place to view important documents and photos -- mermari, 2017-09-30 ### *---- "Not working" I had read a review on a mom tech blog that circle was a good way to manage group info. I've downloaded the app and can't add my basic group info. The app times out and gives me an error when I try to add a circle name. Too bad, thought the combination of features was a good one. -- Caloucon, 2016-09-26 ### ***-- "Really promising!" I'm just starting to check it out and it's exactly what I've been looking to use for our youth group! Some issues though: the photos are not showing up on the Photos area and there's no way to edit or delete older posts that I can find. Also, the calendar would be a million times better if the calendar could sync with google calendars! :) -- Bitznpieces7, 2016-03-15 ### **--- "Crashes" I can not do anything from the app. I attempted to add a meeting to the calendar and it forced closed. I like the idea but it needs to work. -- RiMimom, 2015-12-10 ### ***-- "It's ok" It would be great if you could see who rsvpd on the app. -- Janellew86, 2015-11-02 ### *---- "Doesn't work" I go to add an calendar event and click done then the whole app shuts down. Haven't been able to use it for anything. Waste of time. -- Azmom81, 2015-09-30 ### ***** "Easy to manage group communications" This app makes it easy to send messages out to your groups, get volunteer signups and even share photos. Check it out! -- Suzeekew2, 2015-09-16 [View all SimplyCircle Parent Engagement reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to SimplyCircle Parent Engagement -
