But can you make the app refresh more frequently?

Refund period for the bus reduction is very small and make claim also cannot. Customer Support don’t seem to understand and department are just afk. Load of bull load lies over there. Also the reviews are possibly botted with generic names. Cannot trust this kind of service for bus reduction.

Not user friendly and intuitive at all. Why is it so hard to change a payment method? And the fact that the government wants to only use SimplyGo??? Over my dead body will I ever switch to SimplyGo if that switch ever happens, make your UI simpler
to understand first before I will even think of switching over. I cannot imagine how some non tech-savvy senior citizens will suffer when eventually the change happens.

Very disappointed that you offer an app that can not be used after I charged my ezlink wallet for $30 dollars.Despite going in to your ticket offices and asking how can I refund it,didn’t get any help and you just take down my ezlink wallet account without refunding not fare!

The EZlink app was much better as it could show real time travel charges incurred. Not only is this SimplyGo app unable to do that, the app tells you upfront that it will take 1-2 days for the charges to be shown. Rather pointless.

Can you remove the haptic feedback in My Cards & Charms, when swipe between cards? Have had SimplyGo App on same iPhone, previous versions do not provide tactile feedback at all. Another issue is my Nets Flashpay card is still displaying Feb 2024 value. No change even with this newest version. Gotta use NETS APP to see history and updated value. Can you consider to make the fonts slightly larger for journey transactions? Not huge just up one tiny notch.

simply backwards simply cumbersome to use. feels like it’s the 15yrs tech… poor ux to do a simple top-up also need so many unnecessary steps. and loading takes forever. notifications of low values should be different from the usual ones. this is why end up i need to top up on bus & simply cannot do it in time as i need to alight already. what a joke! do a top-up takes longer than my bus ride.
