Använder 14 dagar trial och kan inte komma åt öppet hav. Det står tap and lockig. Sen att man måste ha ett abonnemang. Jag kan inte köpa abonnemang trots att jag avslutat trial. Måste vänta 14 dagar
Hittar ingen support och den vägen ni beskriver i andra inlägg genom appen fungerar inte. Har ni support?

appen kraschar konstant! men när man väl lyckas ta sig in i appen och allt har laddat korrekt och vill skapa en ny rutt (t.ex till Möja) så blir Indiska oceanen eller typ Moskva markerat i stället??? Detta har hänt varje gång jag försökt. Gör om, gör rätt.

This app used to be the best chartplotter app out there. Since then, 1+ years ago, they’ve made it unnecessarily complex, added unnecessary features (all this makes it less user friendly and also really heavy on the phone/pad) and taken away(!?) “Go to waypoint” (super easy autorouting). I’ve been in contact with Simrad many times and they always answer (days or weeks later 😵‍💫) that they will look into it, fix it, bring it back etc but nothing happens 🤷🏻‍♂️ This used to be an awesome chartplotter app but is no more.

### ****- "Great app, few tweaks can make it better"
Hi, I have mostly been using the routing function and have a few requests. I would like the app to stop zooming when laying down route points. An optimal solution would be that you can adjust the route point off center, so your thumb is not covering it. I would also like all the distance measures to be in the same units for the route legs, I had both m and nm. I would also want to be able to set start time and see when I will be at a certain route point if I go at a certain speed. Another great addition would be a ”ghost boat” that follows the route at the set speed, so you know if you are lagging or going too fast. It would also be great if you can set different speeds for different legs.

Har senaste Simrad och senaste iPadOS på två olika iPads men appen kraschar efter ca 1 minut på båda. Fungerar på iPhone, därav 2 stjärnor.

Det går inte avsluta prenumerationen på trial-versionen, inte heller avinstallera appen. Telefonen låser sig och jag måste boota om den vid varje försök (andra appar går att avinstallera samt hantera prenumerationen - endast Simrad har dessa problem på min telefon) Det gick inte heller att addera min plotter. Den hittades och jag fick ett “Congratulations…” men därefter gick den tillbaka till ruta ett utan någon plotter adderats. (iPhone 12 med senaste uppdateringen samt den senaste Simrad-appen samt uppdaterad firmware på plottern). Helt oanvändbart för mig.

Used to be good; now apparently rewritten and the app has become unstable with frequent crashes. The charts are dynamically loaded and loaded slowly, so panning results in waiting for chart data to be downloaded. Hopefully they will get it right in coming versions.
