Совершил покупку в игре но так ничего и не появилось в игре

Всё бы хорошо, но...

Не кормил зк, отправлял на лесопилку без присмотра, подсаживал агрессора для избиения, никак не получается избавиться, жизни не убавляются, из за этого не получается пройти миссию, просто заканчивается время

Задонатил 250₽ не пришел донат,покупку пытался восстановить ничего.В поддержку тоже пытался,но при переходе на ссылку пишет ошибку
