App is cooked yo. They just keep adding paywalls at every function that is the very core of the app. It was great when it was released— even last year was okay but now they’ve paywalled reading three letters…now its just one. It was a great place to air out my frustrations, help others and get advice from people.

i really love the concept of this app but i do have one issue. can you guys remove the 'reaction' feature? i feel like it can be really rude. imagine venting about how horrible you feel or even su!c!da1 thoughts and everybody just sends four-leaf clovers with no response. that's like saying "awhh i know you're struggling but good luck with that!"
everybody would know your struggles but nobody would care enough to give advice or just write something back to show at least a little sympathy.

I genuinely love the idea of this app. But paying for the app is crazy to me. Some would argue it’s not much, but paying to have “letters” sent to people just doesn’t sit right with me. And it doesn’t tell you that you have to pay for it until you finish your first letter.
