Sine Qua Non: sport to boost women's empowerment and mobilise everyone AGAINST sexist and sexual violence.
Sport is a source of resilience, a booster, a factor of pride, an activator of encounters, there is in our sporting experiences, the constancy of a positive contribution in our lives. This is what we want to share and put at the service of a collective challenge: that of real equality between women and men.
The Sine Qua Non app offers :
- audio-guided running and walking routes,
- download the route of your choice in advance,
- video-assisted physical exercises to allow women to reclaim public space and practice their physical activity in complete peace of mind.
- tracking of personal performance and export into Apple Health app
The Sine Qua Non application is free!
Do you use Strava, RunKeeper or Runtastic? No problem, using the Sine Qua Non app simultaneously to guide you on new and entertaining routes.
Do you prefer to run in a group? We also organise group running sessions ;)
