Don’t bother signing up to this App- there is no wifi- they will tell you it will come in soon but it will never happen. Points disappeared after my return flight- should have about 5000, they sent an email saying 0 points. Another airline scamming people while providing a minimal service
Terrible app. Had to calm up three times to try and fix.
Had a smooth travel over the application while checking in. It may be helpful for people like me if a small note is given about how to go about the check in. Thanks for the opportunity.
I always book flights in Singapore Air when I visit my mother in Sri Lanka. This is my favourite flight. However, during my return trip in last October, the contact person of Singapore air could not offer a seat on the following day as I Could not reach to the airport on the previous day. The flight was at 12.40. So I had to wait 3 days for the next flight!
No surprise why they are the best airline in the world.

Very buggy, cannot login on the app, but can on the web. Even the website is buggy, fields are reset after data has been input, no hyphens allowed, city must be in the drop down list otherwise will not work…I totally did not expect that from Singapore Airlines.
My son recently had an issue with boarding a flight. I have been trying to speak to someone for over two days and it is impossible to get a human that you can talk to. All it appears is that Singapore Airlines is interested in you filling out forms. We have tried that and it keeps rejecting our application because the flight has actually gone. I’ve been a long-term customer of Singapore Airlines, but now I’m going to review travelling with them in the future. Very disappointed.
I booked this flight and when I checked in online it didn’t have all my details for my boarding pass but it had my hubbys details for his boarding pass!
Asks for Kris flyer number and don’t know how to get one.
