Great way to fly Singapore airlines always. Fast n efficient.
I was unable to book a flight on my computer across several browsers so I decided to try using the app. When I am logged in, I can see the flight but cannot continue. When I am logged out however, I cannot even find any flights! I was finally able to book my flight via a customer support representative, but when it came to actually paying for it through the “Manage my booking” option again I once again was unable to do anything! I tried wifi & mobile data — all sans a VPN and it still wouldn’t work. Even the customer representative told me to resolve it with the finance team 🤨 Earning KrisFlyer miles was the primary incentive for me to get the credit card I did, only to discover no matter how hard I try I cannot book my flights myself. This issue has persisted for months!
It’s asked for an update on my iPad but it’s not updating! watching the circle go round and round; thought I’d leave this review to save others the same pain.
Dear App developers, please re check the scan credit card function at payment page, it doesn’t work well on some credit card in which the credit card number is at the back of the card.
I’m always happy to fly with SIA. The ground staff and the people are so friendly and welcoming and also travel in class ))

The above section seems to “hang” when I “Refresh”.
Unsure why this happened but after the latest app update I could not see nor choose Inflight meals, despite on stable connect. The error is “Please check your connection and try again” Please check your app or revert back to previous update
For a premium airline — I’ve experienced multiple delays and the app wouldn’t even load for a few hours while I attempted to do an online check-in??? What is going on!!
