From good to bad

It was a good apps for many years. Currently flooded with advertisements and unable to close the advertisement.

Need to buck up

I have been a faithful user for decades, starting from the physical street directories. Nowadays, the app has too many ads and screen hangs often, probably due to the ads. I have since deleted the app. The content is great but if access is a pain, not worth it.

Unable to use

Have been using this app for quite few years and it was working fine. Recently it became super damn laggy with no reason. Trying to use it today and it turns out “Sorry” for all options ????

Where’s the rest of the Thomson East Coast line?

Landscape orientation | Ad-free version (Suggestions)

It can be better if the iPad version can be viewed in landscape orientation since that is the position of the iPad’s screen when it is mounted on an apple keyboard. Also, let users have the option to pay a one-time cost for an ad-free version of the app if they want to, since it is a hassle to wait for the ads to finish playing before able to use the app every time and downloading offline maps is not an alternative as those offline maps will get outdated. When the app is used during meetings, it is a problem when the ads shown are not ideal, in addition to waiting for the ad to finish before we can begin to see the map.

The mapping data is good but the app is infested with ads to such an extent that I would rather go mapless than use this app. OneMap provides the same details and does not blitz you with ads.

When I open the app it always show advertisements and waste our time to cross or not to cross the roads. Sometimes from overhead bridges.
