Don’t know why I cannot update the apps

Hi Singapore Pools, Please consider your apps access in malaysia Due some working we in and out from malaysia but when we there is difficulties can’t open or betting in singapore pools, i understand due to avoid foreigners access you have coverage area but you can give access to identity card & banks valid in overseas to access there account.

Please allow OTP via email instead of SMS. Added security.

I tried on every button, tab, link there is in this app still I’m unable to find a way to retrieve the numbers I bet on for the current and next few draws. I wonder how to claim prize if I don’t know if I won or not? I can’t retrieve the numbers I paid for. Some more 10cents for every bet for what, I rather go to manual betting.

It takes long time to open on my iPhone. Every time have to go through user id, password & otp to login in. It takes up a long time. Like banking apps face recognition or fingerprinting could be there

At the outlet betting machine display we always see the Toto prizes being displayed in near real time updates .. I believe it can be easily integrated it into the app or website

Why the just keep logging out out of sudden.

Loading is slow and laggy. could wait for app to load for a couple of minutes but to no success. Opening the app is a gamble itself to see when it can function properly
