It kept loading at the landing screen for days
This is dangerous. All of a sudden. After an update. I cannot access Dash.
This is by far the worst customer experience. It is apparent that Singtel does not value their customers. Verification process failed multiple times as I am not able to upload the address proof. I was told by the customer service to uninstall and re-install the app to no avail. They informed me that the phone could be operating on an old OS and i decide to use a different phone to no avail. They just keep asking me to re-submit the application. Avoid using this app unless you would like to see a spike in your blood pressure.
From removing reward points,to charging 50 cents for every top up to charging 1 dollar for every transaction,there is no reason to use this app anymore. Don’t let the high ratings fool you,they implemented it recently and it’s an useless app now. If ur a student and over 16 just go and apply for a banking account with a visa debit card. Their visa is lower than the standard version the bank issues for students for no fee and does not work on multiple places for online transactions.
I can’t verify my phone number even though I received the sms and click on the link.
Can’t top up with VPA or QR, not sure what’s wrong.
Why some time cannot using scan by QR payment.
One year ago from today this app is very good and easy to use and most importantly it rewards us points when we buy stuff with dash card. No fees whatsoever to top up (at seven eleven) or withdraw money. One year later they first started implementing some $0.50 fee whenever we go top up our dash at seven eleven store. That’s fine but then now even if we withdraw money still need to charge us $1? And then now the worst of all is they are going to be removing the reward points. If you’re going to add so much disadvantage and take away stuff that actually made people use this app then I find this app pretty much useless now. I might stop using it for good. Customer service is pretty good. But I just wish that it stayed that way and not add a bunch of extra fees and then go remove the reward points. Why would we bother using dash to pay for food and stuff if we’re not going to be rewarded with points then? Maybe we will stick to using our Apple Pay isn’t it?
Keep getting Dash server is busy error code 14200001. Issue occurs when Dash QR payment using GXS. GXS confirms my account set up linked okay, also BTS and using two different iPhones still same issue. Been 3 weeks and Dash IT team still looking at issue? Please dun just look, fix the issue? Or is Dash dragging till 1 Sep for GXS promo over and Dash points issuance ended? I did Grab payment via GXS no issue whatsoever, this is ridiculous that 3 weeks issue still not fixed. I bet it will not be fixed at all.
