Singtel Prepaid hi!App

The app is a prototype app. It is so bad. It’s good as an MVP but not an actual government deployed product. You cannot even view your transaction history. $15 disappeared from my account and I have no data. I cannot check anything. The app requires human assistance for the most basic problems. Data roaming doesn’t work. There are only 2 basic steps to activate it. It doesn’t work so you’re screwed.

Instruction say when you open the app there should be option to register SIM card. Doesn’t show up. Only top up. No way to register the $12 SGD SIM card I just bought. Useless app don’t bother with Singtel.

The little bit annoying commercial (IDD to China- I have no connection here, using WeChat anyway if need to call) but works great for me.

Topup three times$16 from DBS bank，and check my singtel app only have $17 and i nvr purchase any data yet！ Bank already deduct $48 from my bank acc

$15 for $50 GB plan yet only give 19GB with 1 GB roaming?!

lousy Singtel, steals money from app by leeching data. unscrupulous.

payment via dbs and then approval of prepaid data load got a lot of bugs, after approval in dbs , hiapp still doesnt recognize the approval. stuck at waiting for approval page.
