## Sinopé Neviweb Reviews in Canada

### *---- "What a piece of junk…"
Takes 10mins for your confirmation code to come through, won’t recognize your password. Didn’t even as to have to change from the True Comfort app. They couldn’t have done worse, I don’t think…

### ****- "Allow for unusual flow sensor to be set for 15 seconds"
I love my Sinopé device. It really gives me peace of mind knowing that there is another layer of protection against major plumbing issues in my house. My he only reason why I’m not giving the device five stars is because the minimum time that the unusual flow sensor can be set for is 15 minutes. A lot can happen in that time if a pipe bursts and no one is home. In my opinion, users should be able to set the minimum time to 15 seconds in the even that there is an unusual flow while they are away from home. Please make this update!

### *---- "App ok but no notifications"
Notifications don’t work regardless of what I try in settings. Tried logging out, back in etc.. Not very useful when you have a leak and it won’t tell you! Response to developper: Of course I tried all your steps mentioned. Many times

Also hardware disconnects all the time. ZIgbee sensors are supposed to form a mesh but they don’t. False advertising. Would have bought different brand had i known that issue. And since notifications don’t work, what are you left with ??
600$ of junk

### ***-- "Rescan does not work"
Beware that the rescan function in the app doesn't work.
After wasting an hour thinking I was doing something wrong, I contacted support. It turns out that the function doesn't work and they have no timeline to fix it.

It's unfortunate that the excellent Sinopé hardware is not matched by equally good software and support.

### ****- "Good but"
It’s a nice app. The hardware is very stable but I suggest they change that ugly colour of the app ( green) and make it more modern with new look. It seems old the look. Time for a change Been way too long with that look.
