Not super useful
The app stopped allowing me to submit a claim (in order to receive EOB) so I could submit to partners benefits. Also, the app closes when I click on the notification button. Have deleted and reloaded it.
Easy to use
Very easy and straightforward to use. Have never had any issues since I started using it years ago.

HELP
Help FIX THE APP. I’ve downloaded and deleted and downloaded it again and my app is showing up blacked out, and it also doesn’t show any options when I try to get in and reset my password, the scrolling fields are blank.
The service part selection option is broken after the last update
Please fix it.
Terrible
Can’t log in to my account from the app or the website. I need to file a claim and now there’s no way for me to do it. Please fix this.
