## SiriusXM Dealer Reviews in United States

### *---- "Broken"
Ever since the new app, they came out I keep getting unable to determine dealership
-- Augustin Betancourt, 2025-08-21

### *---- "Type error"
Keep getting error every time I try to use it..
-- Carlosesr, 2024-11-25

### ***** "This is not nice"
When I download the app on my screen, I was trying to search a radio, but it didn’t get in, but that’s OK
-- Alan drebert, 2024-10-27

### **--- "Lags"
Website lags a lot and won’t update radio signal with vin scanner
-- GDN7414720, 2024-10-23

### *---- "Never works always says error call support"
Doesn’t work for dealers unless you call support scan vin doesn’t work and radio ID doesn’t work and when you call it’s a hour wait
-- kraitosmax$imus, 2024-08-21

### *---- "Pricing transparency"
Unable to see pricing options on anything other than bare minimum option. Tried calling they insisted I could see the pricing tiers on website and app. I explained I am using my phone and not a computer but customer service insisted it doesn’t matter. They were unwilling to walk me through it. Guess I don’t really need or want this product if customer service isn’t even willing to help me with pricing for my car and my daughters iPhone!
***update to response***
Clearly your customer service team reads as well as they listen! (Sarcasm intended, just in case you missed that as well). I clearly stated that I tried on MORE THAN ONE PLATFORM. Sorry I didn’t list my review on your preferred platform. I suggest you take it up with “your customer service department“ and see how well that works out for you. Keep your product there are other options out there.
-- XM Disappointment, 2024-05-25

### *---- "Does not work"
App has worked one time. That is it. Cannot help customers with this product. Do not waste your time.
-- Gsxr boys, 2024-03-01

### ****- "Possible issue for getting a car updated with trial"
Sometimes I have to refresh multiple times to get it to work for a potential customer or I cannot get it to start a trial at all.
-- Ret veteran, 2023-12-08

### **--- "Dealer"
I can’t get this program to enable Sirius in my CPO cars.
-- subaru kirk, 2023-11-14

### *---- "collections"
I tried your product and have used Sirius Xm on and off! Im not in my car alot now so I didnt renew! I have collection agents coming after me for 52.00 and its one more hastle to deal with! I sell new General motors vehicles and i wont recomend using Sirius Xm anylonger! You are officially scum!
