The latest upgrade crashes, after locking up, every time I use it. This is particularly annoying when I am listening to an on-demand program, and after the crash, I have to start the program over again. Also, starting several updates ago, they put the “restart program“ icon in the bottom center of the screen, just above the home button. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve hit the home button, and restarted my on-demand program from the beginning. One of the reasons I enjoy this app so much is because of the ability to listen to several on-demand programs. But this new version has made that impossible. It’s not clean. It’s junky. Ole review: How many customers have to complain for this to get fixed? What’s the point of making hours of shows available if we can’t listen to them AT ALL if they’re not live? Before the revamp we could listen to anything in the background all day long. Now if I come to a show 10 minutes late it shuts off if I leave the app or my phone closes. The twelve days of Christmas are not over until January 6th, as per the traditional calendar. Consequently, the twelve days of Christmas are still ongoing. Since i have two parties I’m hosting this means that I will now have to either subscribe to Apple Music or Amazon Music to access traditional holiday music like channel 71, which is an additional expense. Love SiriusXM in my car, but I’m not in my car that much, so hoped the app would make the subscription cost worthwhile. Try to use it on my AppleTV. First, every time I open it it defaults to some awful pop station that I’ve never listened to, or want to listen to. Then, after going through the menus and choosing a station from my favorites list, it plays for a couple of minutes, then the audio stops (even though the icon still shows it is playing). No way to restart - have to go to a different channel where the same thing happens. I updated to the recent version, have good internet connection, yet this feels like a cheap software from 2013.
