Don’t get me wrong. I still enjoy your app, recently however, I noticed something that puzzled me. I noticed that the 90s On 9 Deep Cuts Xtra Channel is gone. What surprised me is that this is an xtra channel that has been deleted. And xtra channel filled with songs you probably won’t hear anywhere else. I can understand temporarily deleting a channel or moving it, but not outright deleting it. Plus, with your recent update, more formatting changes could be made. I’d also suggest bringing back some channels. Namely Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Radio and Nugs.net Radio as well. Also, why is Holiday Traditions your only year round holiday channel? Basically, in organizing and decision making, please do a better job. Thank you.

My 2nd time sharing this, as it continues to be a problem. I’ll listen to one station and have no option to skip a song. Then I’ll change to another station and magically be able to skip a song. Why? I am taking into account whether I am “live” on the station. I used to enjoy starting a show at the beginning so I could skip any songs I’m not interested in. I’m picky and don’t want to sit through some songs. Why is this not functional? Seems like the easiest feature to have on a music app. Original review: App was recently changed to not allow song skipping. Please bring this feature back. Update based on the SXM response: First, thanks for the response. The skip limit is fine when it works. The issue is that I frequently open the app, start a show or back up a live show by one hour, and have the skip button greyed out as unavailable. That means I get zero skips an hour.

Ever since the rewrite of the app in the end of 2023, it’s been horrible. On the app I mostly listen to downloaded shows in the car or while walking. This version will start out ok and if I were to pause it, then it doesn’t restart - the app just spins and spins until I quit out of it and then it doesn’t start where I left off. How can SiriusXM let this piece of garbage out with their name on it!!!! It’s a total pain and a waste of time. TEST & FIX YOUR APP!!!!

Previous: For over a month this app has had huge problems. I must now delete this app EVERY DAY AND REINSTALL IT TO MAKE IT WORK. Why don’t you hire people with technical skills to make this work right. I have been a subscriber since 2005 and have had the app since it became available. Technical customer service Is also completely un-helpful. Now: you have also severely limited the utility of the app since you can no longer play past shows that have been released previously during the day. I joined in 2005 because of Howard and in the past figured I would keep the service when he retires since I was generally satisfied. Now not only is your app disappointing your music channels and streaming play the same limited music all the time. Finally, many of your disc jockeys have decided to go on and on with chatter rather than being more concise and playing music. What’s next, commercials on the music stations??

Good luck using the app if you don’t let Sirius invade your privacy to “suggest” channels it thinks you want to hear. And then it’s still going to market it’s preferred content like talk radio at you even if you didn’t select it.

What happened to the great app. Now it’s cumbersome to navigate and favorites are hard to keep track up. Looks like things are not going smoothly Maybe you should ask real customers on new things before you find out people hate it.

I liked to listen to it while trying to sleep. Get my mind off of things. But before i can even get fully relaxed go be able to fall asleep. I have to roll over. Turn my phone screen on. Unlock it. Force close the app. Open it again. Make it play my station. Close my screen. Set it back down. Roll over. Close my eyes. Take a deep breath…… and then im going back to unlock my phone to repeat the process right as i started to relax. Its so calming. Thanks alot guys. Im going back to spotify. I never have problems with that app.

I have been with XM for 11 I enjoy the variety of music I tell my friends how long I’ve been with XM and I tell them they do run promotions and they should try to keep up the goodMusic

downloaded and bought 99c subscription because it was part of an offer on SurveyPop for $9.40. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t been paid for the offer so I canceled and did a chargeback for the 99c. stop working with scammers and scamming people
