## Sirr Description
Sirr is a private journal for Muslims who want to understand their inner life. Write what's on your heart and Sirr reflects it back with care, drawing on classical Islamic psychology (Ilm al-Nafs) and modern therapeutic insight.

JOURNAL
Write freely, or start from a prompt when you're not sure where to begin. There are no streaks to keep up. It's simply a quiet place to be honest with yourself.

SOUL MIRROR
After you write, Soul Mirror offers a gentle reflection rooted in the wisdom of scholars such as Imam al-Ghazali and Ibn Sina. Each reflection is paired with one of the Beautiful Names of Allah, like As-Salam (the Source of Peace) or As-Sabur (the Patient), with a small invitation to carry into your day.

INSIGHTS
See the emotional themes and patterns that keep coming up in your writing, with a reflective summary of your month. Look back over the last 30 days or any earlier month. Tap a Name to read its Qur'anic reference and simple ways to live it.

SELF-HELP LIBRARY
Hand-picked resources on anxiety, stress, grief, relationships and faith.

FIND A THERAPIST
Answer a few questions about what you're facing and what you'd prefer. Sirr then suggests counsellors from Ibn Sina Sanctuary, where Islamic psychology and clinical practice work hand in hand. Book a call whenever you're ready.

REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOUR DAY
Choose when Sirr reminds you to write. Reminders stay out of your quiet hours and can pause around the five daily prayers.

SIRR PRO
Sirr is free to use, with 3 Soul Mirror reflections a month. Sirr Pro adds unlimited Soul Mirror reflections, guided follow-ups, Insights and the full self-help library. Choose a monthly or annual subscription.

YOUR PRIVACY
Your entries are yours. We never sell your data or show you ads. Your writing is never used to train AI models. You can delete your account from Settings whenever you like.

A GENTLE NOTE
Sirr is a tool for reflection. It doesn't replace medical or mental health care, so if you're struggling, please speak to a qualified professional. You can also find a therapist inside the app.

Sirr is made by Ibn Sina Sanctuary, where clinicians and Islamic scholars work together.

## Sirr Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***-- "good but not pragmatic"
it provides a sense of relief knowing how I’ll be held accountable given tricky life circumstances - i.e. knowing Allah is my sustainer and from that Allah knows my limits.

but it’s not pragmatic in the sense of actions I can do — and honestly it’s less about it telling me and more about it feeding me appropriate context from Islam so I can derive my own lessons and figure my own path. unless advice is applicable for all audiences. what i mean is i’d like to see specific hadith.
