## SISIGAD Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bad"
Not connecting to scooter. It’s not a phone issue because my phone sees the device and can connect. But app cannot find it to add it. APP issue.
-- Viper_gts_r, 2025-03-09

### **--- "Dose not pair"
It is a good app however it dose not pair with the HY-B15 electric scooter
-- Esmatura194, 2025-02-04

### *---- "Bluetooth"
The app doesn’t connect to bluetooth
-- Sevenz84, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Broke"
The app doesn’t work. When you go and try to connect the Bluetooth it doesn’t connect.
-- jodads, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Horrible"
This is got to be the worst app for a scooter I’ve ever experienced. I work with students at a university and they all work with me to set this up and it did not work once. I’m hoping that the scooter is better than the app because it is just unbelievably worthless
-- Louis Sharpe, 2024-12-21

### **--- "Hmmm"
Got the app after I got the the scooter on Temu. Which was a little sketchy at first because it’s Temu. I downloaded the app and there is absolutely no way it hooks up to my scooter.. Now it could be the scooter itself. Or it could be the app and/or a combination of both. Either way a scooter has been working really well, except for all the screws. Keep falling out of the handlebar connection. But I can’t say anything about the app because it won’t connect.
-- MarcusLeonus, 2024-12-13

### *---- "😕"
Can’t get the app to connect
-- Liam lee80, 2024-12-01

### *---- "Bluetooth"
It won’t let me connect to the scooter through the app. I’ve been trying for the past 2 days
-- KellyDiama, 2024-11-06

### *---- "I can not connect to my scooter"
I can not connect to my scooters Bluetooth and I have been trying for a week
-- Jessie_Muntyan21, 2024-10-11

### ***** "It works ok👍🏾"
The way you have to connect it is click it click the picture of what looks like your scooter or whatever and click it. You cannot put no name and then just click whatever they have. You cannot click the name and add a name. You only could do that after you have put it inthere for everybody who was
