Don’t support Apply Pay, poor UI design. This is not even an app, it point to their website. -- thyokel, 2024-08-06 ### *---- "This app is beyond stupid" Is it the only app for me booking a ticket here in Singapore? This app has so bad performance, I can’t figure out how people manage to buy any ticket on this stupid platform, when I click ‘buy’ button, it always stuck at the loading page, and I cannot do anything about it, whether I use laptop or phone, I can never see the next step, and it’s not my network problem, how come I can’t connect to a Singaporean website with my Singaporean network here I am in Singapore? Very very annoying experience, I suggest people stop cooperating with this stupid platform forever -- Park Chunjae, 2024-05-30 ### *---- "Worst App Ever" Most useless app ever!! Manage to secure my tickets on the system but upon checking out, it brought me to re-login page when I’ve already logged in and that’s where I lost my queue and tickets. -- Blablaghhhhhh, 2024-05-23 ### *---- "Terrible experience" Seating map and seats purchased are always wrong 😡 -- s.yod, 2024-04-24 ### **--- "Poorly designed app, not intuitive, no Apple wallet support" The app is nothing more than a lean website. Buying tickets via the app is just plain cumbersome: When you put tickets in your basket, you will find you can’t checkout. There is no prompt however WHY you can’t checkout. After a lot of tapping and only by trial and error, I found out that you need to log in BEFORE being able to proceed. Why not make the checkout button available, and in cas you are not logged into your account, offer a login button? Rather than to have people stuck at checkout. Secondly, after that ordeal, I had to type in my payment information as the basic app does offer an option to store payment information. Why not?! Not very user friendly is it?! Lastly, after then finally having bought my tickets, it is impossible to add them to Apple Wallet!! So rather than to have the tickets easily available, the developer forces me me to have to open the app again when I want to enter the venue and tap in multiple locations to retrieve my tickets. Waste of time. No, the app really is not well thought through and needs a complete overhaul by a competent programmer. -- nsk1978, 2023-12-05 ### *---- "It is terrible" I don’t know who works there, but app doesn’t work, try to find events or tickets, app write “no events find” . Pages freezes, show errors… Shame on developers. -- S.toma, 2023-10-01 ### *---- "Worst app I have ever used" Can not back to home page from personal information page. buttons show on the page are all useless! -- oyj0oy0o, 2022-12-23 ### *---- "Poor app-no tickets can be downloaded or viewed" The App said can download digital ticket but not!!!! Lousy app. -- Polyelectrolyte, 2022-11-01 ### ***** "Love the new waitlist function!" Helps me keep track of the concerts I’m interested in. -- tupacmang, 2022-05-25 [View all SISTIC reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SISTIC Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Singapore | Entertainment | #41 | ## Apps Similar to SISTIC -
