## Site Diary Description
Site Diary: Construction Logs, Made Simple

Say goodbye to lost paperwork, poor site journals, and hours spent typing up daily logs. Site Diary replaces traditional paper site diaries and daily construction reports with a sleek, intuitive app designed for the modern site.

We’ve made logging field data quick, simple, and painless—giving you a bulletproof record of your project and more time to focus on the actual build.

Whether you are a Site Engineer, Foreman, or Project Manager, Site Diary is built to meet the fast-paced demands of construction organisations, main contractors, and specialist installation teams—both large and small.

“So much better than the handwritten process. Quick, easy, and efficient. Like the feature where you can attach photographs to the specific activity they relate to.” — Katie Swanick, Senior Engineer, Costain

What’s New in Site Diary:
Custom Forms & Templates: Customise your data capture to suit your specific workflows. Create bespoke templates for safety inspections, delivery logs, quality checks, or risk assessments so your team collects exactly what you need.

Powerful Insights Dashboards: Visualise your site data at a glance. Track trends, monitor labour allocation, and spot project bottlenecks in real time using our high-level analytics dashboards.

Key Features:
Real-Time Progress Monitoring: Get instant visibility into field progress. As soon as onsite staff submit a report, it’s immediately available for off-site managers to review, approve, and analyse.

Automated Local Weather: No more manual logging. Every single report entry automatically links the prevailing local weather conditions for that exact time and location—crucial evidence for contract claims.

Photo Attachments: A picture is worth a thousand words. Seamlessly snap and attach photos to specific activities to document progress, delivery defects, or safety hazards.

Seamless Offline Support: Remote sites with poor connectivity? No problem. Site Diary works fully offline, securely saving your data on your device and automatically syncing it to the cloud as soon as you're back online.

Custom Site Resources & Tags: Set up your project’s specific resources, including labour, equipment, materials, and contractors. Use smart Tags (like Health & Safety or Delay) to categorise and filter your events instantly.

Instant Professional Exports: Generate shift updates, progress photos, or project summaries on the fly. Export your data as a professional PDF, Excel, or CSV file to share directly with clients, stakeholders, or subcontractors.

Effortless Information Sharing: Keep everyone in the loop. Field workers can opt to trigger automated email updates the moment an important event is logged.

Team Management: Easily add, manage, and assign permissions to users across your team from a centralised dashboard.

Transform the way you document your build. Download Site Diary today to save time, protect your business from disputes, and keep your projects moving forward.

## Site Diary Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Site diary"
This is brilliant just wat I need to progress in work
-- Shelby lil, 2023-11-09

### ****- "Liking it"
Have used many so called construction management systems that have daily logs (site diaries), all of which are a bit clunky. So far this Site Diary software is proving to be very good, simple, easy to use with good reporting, which is great for our customers.
