Use the app's search or browse feature to find the right campsite for your needs.
Plus, Club members can get access to over 1,500 Certificated sites - the perfect travel companion!

*Only logged in Club members will be able to view Certificated Sites.

MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE - To log in, please use your email address and password used to log into the Camping and Caravanning Club website. If you're having problems please get in touch with the membership team who will be happy to assist you.

SYNCING - If you are having problems Syncing your app. Please follow this advice. Place your device in an area with good WiFi (recommended) / data connection start sync and leave. AUTO-LOCK and syncing - this may cause problems with the data download - keep phone screen alive or turn-off auto-lock during sync if there is a problem.

I may be missing something, but this app is a pain. You have to continually re enter all your requirements to be then told it’s not available. You have just got to guess, which sites may be free, what type of pitch you require and what dates might be free, and then enter your details again and again. Why can’t the app suggest alternatives?

It is such a shame that this app is not tailored to the end user. It is possible to search but not intuitive. A couple of searches which would be good would be search an area for a specific date and search an individual site for any availability in a date range. It makes slow going having to input date site by site and keeping having to start over.
Not easy to see availability at a site - so hard to select available dates other than by trial and error 
Also it doesn’t hold member info - so you search for a site then it needs member login and have to restart your site search.

Site needs updating to be more intuitive.  Unnecessary segregation of club sites and main sites. No easy to use map of available sites. Constantly having to re-enter dimensions of vehicle when searching for alternative dates.  Left guessing whether non-availability is down to start or end date.  Would be much better of you could just show us what dates are available!

Regarding sites themselves, mostly very good, but why oh why, in 2024, is half-decent wi-fi still a luck of the draw?!  Getting teenagers to come camping is hard enough, without the random element of whether they can get a decent broadband speed. This will need to be addressed if the Club wants to have a viable future!!

What a outdated app.  
Terrible search functionality for dates and locations. Can never seem to find my favourites or previously visited sites.
The app and website ‘behave’ differently so I prefer to use the website. 
Once a booking is made you cannot make any changes without calling HQ and then being charged an admin fee for the privilege. 
Such a shame as the sites I have stayed at have been great.
