Very good for babysitters and parents alike to find each other. My biggest gripe however is the lack of tech support. The app asks for background check for carers such as WWC etc. mine recently expired so I obtained a new one and submitted it for review. Nothing happened. I’ve sent off so many messages to the built in support system and have never heard a response. Looking back I haven’t been able to reach tech support for 3 years. So the app is great if it works. But if you run to to a problem you are far out of luck. However I was charged to my credit card twice the last time I had a sitter, and have not been able to get in touch with anyone to organise a refund. I’ve emailed customer service at least twice and used the chat function in app to prompt contact multiple times and there’s been nothing back. It’s so frustrating.
