Absolutely ridiculous! They will say that the check is missing signature or the picture is cut off even though that’s not the case. Apparently an issue with the app or a problem on the bank side. -- valerie318, 2025-03-26 ### ***** "TY Alissa!" I have been sick and was having difficulty getting into credit union. Alissa is amazing! She assisted me with everything via phone. Kudos to you! -- Kycle, 2024-05-13 ### ***** "Always there for me" I have been with SIUCU quite a long time. Since it opened at the VA hospital when Nan was in charge. I’ve been a member ever since. Stayed with them great deals on checking & savings, plus great rates on CC stayed will continue w/SICU bc I’ve been impressed w/their support. They have great service and I will continue to use their service. Thank you SIU credit union for being there for me and my family! -- DRC42, 2024-03-03 ### ***** "Amazing" I have been using this bank for 4 years it is amazing -- run away dad, 2024-01-29 ### ****- "Pretty good" Has lots of great and seamless functionality comparable to larger banks like remote deposit. However, would love the option to have daily account balance notification. It’s great to have direct deposit and low balance alerts, but could avoid low balance or catch unexpected transactions or avoid making an impulse purchase if there was a daily balance option as well. That’s the only function I miss when I compare to Chase’s online banking experience. -- sinner_b, 2023-12-08 ### ****- "Great app, does what you want." I enjoy the app and glad that they offer it. I’ve been a sicu member since I was 8 years old and will continue to be. I would rate 5 but the banner ads at the top of the screen interfere with some screens and just get in the way. Other than that 5 stars. -- Eli8!, 2023-12-01 ### ***** "Bankerific!!!" Absolutely love SIUCU! They believed in me when no one else would! Will never go elsewhere! It’s a warm and friendly place. Everyone is very helpful if I have a problem and usually resolve it right away. THANK YOU SIUC, A Lifetime customer Deborah Robbins -- Robs notes, 2023-09-22 ### ***** "Very Easy to Use, Never Had An Issue!!!" Love the app, makes things easier to do overall. -- Jáye, 2023-09-20 ### ***** "Great place to help you and for the little guys" I love them !!!! -- Katherinezita87, 2023-08-04 ### ***** "Love my credit Union."
