The app maybe be good but delivery persons are extremely rude. The man had the audacity to shout at me and refused to give his name for the feedback and didn’t handover my already paid delivery to me. After which I had contacted customer service and I was told they will try to deliver the package before 5 on the same day but nothing was done. Never using this application again and the guy had created a ruckus at my work place. Also, refund is going to take me almost 15 days to get back to me. NOT recommended.

Dear Sivvi/NoonTeam, See attached photo! I'm sending this email to informed you that my return item still not yet pick up! Its been 1 week since I requested to exchange! Thi is not acceptable to all your customer. I received message/email everyday that you will pick it up schedule but no one's coming! Kindly expedite the pick up TODAY! of this return please!

Order not delivered though no update on app. Called customer service many times, they say we will call you back and never call back And finally they send an email - undelivered, I don’t understand what it actually means. I ordered for an event . they told me there was some confusion at their end and cancelled order right the day before the event

The app have a real good deals but the thing is is not organised at all from the inside if I ever search for something isn’t only shows what I want no it shows every items in the category which make it harder for me to reach it so please fix your categories like when I search for a sportwear I see everthingg like abayas and denim jackets like anything but a sportwear

Disappointed with my recent purchase, It is only through SIVVI that size exchange is difficult, you either need to send an email or contact customer service, why don’t they create an option on the app wherein we can immediately select to change the size of an item. The mere fact of having to send an email is time consuming and information provided is even incorrect. I recently purchased an item and unfortunately the size doesn’t fit me so I requested for an exchange but then they replied that they were unable to complete the replacement request for reason I don’t know. When I checked the site the size of the blouse I wanted to is still available. Hope that they will upgrade the functionality of their site.

After placing my order, the estimated arrival date was changing every day and expanding by not less than two days, ending with the cancellation of my order after two weeks of waiting because they realized that its no longer in stock. However, i can still find the bag I ordered available to order on the application, they didn’t even remove it or mention that it’s no longer available so they can trap more people and waist their money and time. I’m still waiting get at least my money back. So unprofessional and unacceptable. Never ordering again.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I’ve been using Sivvi for around 2.5 years. Amazing product range and brands to choose from and SO MANY discounts. A lot cheaper than namshi and almost the same products for 40% less. Just wish the delivery was a bit faster.

App is wonderful tool of online shopping experiance, the only drawback is more options to browse like Best Sellers(Real Sorting) unlike the recommended Best Seller option! It will give an idea as to whats popular and trending rather that what company is trying to push for sale!!
